Compensation range : CTC in Lakhs 3.5 to 5.0 Lakhs

Relevant Industry : Iron & Steel or Construction field

Job Description / Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Promote and sell the company's products or services to customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. Market Development

  • Identify and approach new clients in target markets.
  • Assist in expanding the company's reach in untapped areas.
  • Conduct market research and report on competitor activities.

4. Sales Reporting

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records using CRM or manual tracking tools.

5. Promotional Activities

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
