- **Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and Clinic Devission**:
- **Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries**:
- **Arrange Appoiments, Meetings**:
- **Maintain an organized filing systemof paper and strict level of confidentiality**:
- **Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among, clientele and Clinic**:
- **Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals**:
- **Develop and implement office procedures**:
- **Maintain general company record systems to uphold accurate files**:
- **Screen documents, book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages**:
- **Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying**
**Work exprincce is 5 to 7 years**
**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
