Part-Time Freelance Field Auditor

Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Freelance Field Auditors with flexible working times. As an Auditor, you will play a crucial role in assessing the performance and effectiveness of the process through discreet and objective observations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct covert evaluations of fundraisers on visiting audit locations and interacting with fundraising representatives.
- Observe and document the fundraising process, ensuring compliance with given standards.
- Evaluate the overall experience provided by the fundraiser, including professionalism, engagement, and knowledge of the cause.
- Document and report findings in a timely and detailed manner following the guidelines provided.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to professional and ethical standards throughout the evaluation process.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred but not required.
- Good observational and analytical skills, with the ability to assess performance objectively and provide constructive feedback.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to document and articulate evaluation findings clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to provided guidelines and instructions.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a part-time freelance position, offering flexible working hours.
- Work assignments may vary depending on the availability of fundraisers in your region.
- You will be responsible for your own transportation to attend fundraising venues.
- Compensation will be provided based on the number of evaluations completed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Part-time hours: 8-10 per week

**Salary**: ₹600.00 - ₹2,000.00 per day
