We are seeking an experienced Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in auditing and a strong background in financial analysis, compliance, and risk management. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and the effectiveness of internal controls.

Responsibilities

- Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Analyze financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Develop audit plans and strategies based on risk assessments.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of annual audit schedules and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of auditing standards and regulations in India.
