**Position Overview**: The Internal & Stock Auditor is responsible for evaluating and improving the organization’s internal control processes and ensuring accurate inventory management. This role involves conducting financial and operational audits, stock verification, and compliance checks to minimize risks and optimize efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Internal Audit Duties**:

- Plan and execute internal audit programs to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Analyze financial records, operational processes, and data for discrepancies, inaccuracies, or irregularities.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports, summarizing findings and recommendations.

**2.Stock Audit Duties**:

- Conduct physical stock verification at warehouses, retail outlets, and other storage locations.
- Ensure inventory records align with physical stock and investigate discrepancies.
- Review stock movement, including receiving, issuing, and transfers, to ensure accurate reporting.

**3.Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all audit activities, findings, and recommendations.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Track audit metrics and key performance indicators to measure effectiveness.
