Exports Executive

**Job Role**:
- Prepare & send set of documents to bank and buyer for exports and coordinate accordingly
- Booking of Sales order & Make sale invoice accordingly (export only)
- Coordinate with Clearing & Forwarding Agents for selling of consignment and give approvals of documents via mail.
- Coordinating with foreign parties for their queries.
- Dealing with bank representative for instructing about the receipts. (Inward Remittance)
- Arrange meetings with Clearing & Forwarding Agents for rate negotiation.
- Booking of service bill, getting approval and payments to Clearing & Forwarding Agents
- Reconcile ledger of Clearing & Forwarding Agents
- Arrange transportation for goods dispatch. (Exports & Domestic Sales)
- Payments to Transporter (Advance and balance)
- Prepare and maintain files containing exports documents Party wise
- Send samples of our products and trading products (Domestic & International)
- Coordination with Forex Team (Bank) for Advises & payment Receipts
- Documentation - Foreign Contract
- EPC (Exports Packing Credit) Documentation & Account handling
- Foreign currency fluctuation Account entry after remittance.
- Communicating with Bank, Corporate Parties, Clearing & Forwarding Agents, transporters
- Getting monthly schedules from party and dispatch as per the requirement.
- Proper daily reporting of the given task to the manager
