**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Accountability For Planning And Executing Variety Of Events Organized Around Brand Marketing Like Tradeshows, Talks, Seminars, Workshops, Etc.
- Coordinate Marketing And Community Events, Including Overseeing Logistics, Managing Registrations, Liasoning With Vendors, Planning Budgets, Creating Itineraries, And Ordering Marketing Collaterals.
- Effective On-site Management And Control During Set Up, Delivery And Breakdown For All Events.
- Look After All Aspects Of Live Event Delivery Including Venue, Av, Speakers/trainer’s Liaison, Exhibitor Management, Communications, Catering, Signage, Technical Delivery Support Etc.
- Take Care Of Sponsorship, Exhibitor, Delegate And Stakeholder Management And Liaison.
- Manage Customer Experience Including Measuring Effectively Both Customer Satisfaction Levels And Impact Of The Programme/event
- Manage Relationships With External Vendors To Ensure High-quality And Timely Execution Of Marketing Programs Ensuring Competitiveness.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
