Executive Assistant to Md

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage MD's Schedule: Coordinate and manage the MD's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
3. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
4. Confidential Matters: Handle confidential matters, including personnel issues, financial information, and other sensitive topics.
5. Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and presentations.
6. Special Projects: Assist with special projects, including research, data analysis, and reporting.
7. Maintain Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and other documentation.
8. Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to other members of the senior management team as needed.
**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
5. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
