They ensure the IT infrastructure supports the company's goals and user needs by installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, managing network servers, and ensuring all systems are up-to-date and operating smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

- **System Maintenance**: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- **Network Management**: Managing network servers, ensuring network security, and monitoring network performance.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues reported by users.
- **User Management**: Managing user accounts, access rights, and security settings.
- **Security**: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect company data and systems.
- **System Upgrades**: Assisting with system upgrades, installations, and file maintenance.
- **Monitoring**: Monitoring system performance and security logs.
- **Training**: Training users on new hardware and software.
- **Research**: Researching and recommending new IT technologies and solutions.
- **Vendor Management**: Working with vendors to resolve technical issues.
