**Job Overview**:
Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow and ensure compliance with the Company's Procurement Policies and Procedures
- Comply with Procurement Schedules for the purchase of equipment, services and materials
- Coordinate transportation of materials to project sites
- Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply and pricing options to generate quote comparison sheets
- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
- Obtain quotes from material suppliers, installers and other service providers
- Follow up on payments, delivery notes and invoices
- Ensure all purchased items are delivered in a timely manner
- Create Purchase Requisitions
- Maintain records of all purchases, pricing and other important data
- Maintain and update supplier information such as track record, experience, product lines etc.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Purchasing / Procurement or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Procurement Officer or a related position
- Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policies and systems
- Experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
