Hi,

We are looking for a real estate purchase executive with 1 or 2 years of experience in the same industry. The key responsibilities include the following:

- Key Responsibilities:

- **Identifying and Evaluating Properties**:Conducting market research, analyzing property values, and assessing investment opportunities to identify suitable properties.
- **Negotiating Agreements**:Negotiating lease or purchase agreements with sellers, ensuring favorable terms for the organization.
- **Managing Due Diligence**:Overseeing site inspections, feasibility studies, and other due diligence processes to ensure the property meets the organization's requirements.
- **Collaborating with Internal Teams**:Working with internal teams such as legal, finance, and operations to facilitate property acquisitions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- **Ensuring Compliance**:Ensuring all real estate transactions comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- **Managing Relationships**:Building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, property owners, and other stakeholders.
- **Developing Procurement Strategies**:Creating and implementing procurement strategies for real estate acquisitions and managing vendor relationships.
- **Ensuring Timely Delivery**:Coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- **Maintaining Records**:Maintaining accurate procurement records and reports for management review.
