**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Purchase Executive** with experience in the **real estate or construction sector**. The role involves managing procurement activities, sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services essential for construction and real estate projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure construction materials, office supplies, and other assets as per project requirements.
- Identify reliable vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate terms and pricing.
- Issue purchase orders (PO) and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Track deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and quality compliance.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams for budget alignment.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare daily/weekly purchase reports and vendor performance summaries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
