**Job Summary**

We’re seeking a motivated, outgoing, and organized individual to handle **social media, inbound sales, and PR coordination** for newest Club in Nagpur. You will be the first point of contact for influencers, party enquiries, and guest relations both online and over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Social Media & Content**
- Manage daily posts, Stories, and Reels on Instagram and Facebook
- Engage with comments, DMs, and mentions in real-time
- Coordinate with photographers and videographers to create high-quality content
- Schedule weekly content calendars and influencer shout-outs
- Maintain brand voice across platforms

**Phone Handling & Guest Relations**
- Answer customer queries over WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls
- Convert incoming leads into bookings (tables, birthdays, private events)
- Coordinate with on-ground team for pre-booking confirmations
- Track guest list registrations and ensure VIP guests are followed up

**PR & Promotion**
- Build relationships with local influencers, colleges, and promoters
- Assist in planning marketing campaigns and theme nights
- Reach out to media contacts for event features, press notes, or coverage
- Maintain a database of guests, VIPs, and repeat customers (CRM)

**Sales Support & Reporting**
- Follow up on group enquiries and generate reports on lead conversions
- Suggest marketing tactics based on weekly crowd trends
- Maintain booking sheets and marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, bookings)

**Requirements**:

- Min. 1 year experience in marketing / event PR / nightlife / hospitality preferred
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business
- Excellent verbal & written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Comfortable speaking with influencers, VIP guests, and partners
- Enthusiastic personality and high energy - this is a people-first role
- Basic Canva or photo editing experience is a plus
