**Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO) - for Hospital**

Location: CA Road, Nagpur

Department: Public Relations

Position: Public Relations Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Media Relations**:
Develop and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national media outlets.

Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other materials to promote hospital events, services, and achievements. Coordinate media requests and facilitate interviews with hospital staff and experts.

**2) Communications**:
Draft and edit internal and external communications, including newsletters, and patient stories. Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and materials. Handle crisis communication and develop strategies to manage public perception during emergencies.

**3) Event Management**:
Plan, organize, and promote hospital events such as health fairs, seminars, and community outreach programs.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of events.

Manage event logistics, including invitations, venue arrangements, and post-event follow-ups.

**4) Community Relations**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and partners.

Represent the hospital at community meetings, health fairs, and other public events.

Develop and implement community outreach programs to enhance the hospital's presence and reputation.

**5) Content Creation**:
Create engaging content for the hospital's website, social media channels, and other communication platforms.

Produce multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and presentations to support public relations efforts.

**6) Monitoring and Reporting**:
Monitor media coverage and public perception of the hospital.

Prepare reports on PR activities, media coverage, and campaign effectiveness.

Provide feedback and recommendations to improve PR strategies and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in public relations, preferably in a healthcare setting.

**Skills**:
1.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2.Strong organizational and project management abilities.

3.Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.

4.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

5.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

6.Familiarity with media monitoring and analytics tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
