We are seeking committed and enthusiastic **Academic Mentors** to support students in unlocking their full potential. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at fostering student success, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with parents and educators to create a positive, goal-driven learning environment.

**Role Summary**

As an **Academic Mentor**, you will play an instrumental role in shaping students' academic and personal growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, motivator, and support system, working closely with students to track their progress, address challenges, and celebrate achievements. In collaboration with teachers and parents, you will contribute to building a supportive ecosystem that nurtures student development.

**Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Engagement & Mentorship**
- Develop and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with students to support their academic and personal development.
- Plan and lead enrichment activities, clubs, and programs to promote holistic student growth.
- Partner with educators, parents, and counselors to address student concerns and implement appropriate interventions.

**Academic Support & Progress Monitoring**
- Regularly assess student performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in designing personalized learning plans for students needing additional academic support.
- Support classroom instruction by providing reinforcement strategies to enhance curriculum comprehension.

**Parent Communication & Collaboration**
- Maintain consistent communication with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and well-being.
- Organize and participate in parent meetings to discuss academic achievements, challenges, and future goals.
- Provide guidance to parents on ways to support their child’s academic success at home.

**Data Management & Reporting**
- Accurately document student attendance, academic performance, behavioral notes, and assessment outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports and perform data analysis to inform academic strategies and communicate with stakeholders.
- Utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) and educational software to ensure efficient data tracking and reporting.
- Genuine enthusiasm for student mentorship and academic support.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and educators.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret academic data and develop actionable insights.
- Organized and proficient in using digital tools and platforms for record-keeping and reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
