**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior faculty members and the Chief Learning Officer in developing and implementing curriculum plans that align with the institution's objectives and standards.

Conduct classroom instruction and facilitate engaging learning experiences for students.

Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them set academic and personal goals and develop strategies for achieving them.

Monitor student progress and performance, providing feedback and support as needed.

Collaborate with other mentors and faculty members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education, incorporating relevant innovations into curriculum and teaching methods.

Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and other institutional initiatives as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)

Proven experience working in a mentoring or teaching role, preferably in an educational institution.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the institution.

Passion for education and a commitment to supporting student success.
