**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting initial assessments of students' English language proficiency levels.
- Developing personalized learning plans based on students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning objectives.
- Providing individualized coaching and instruction to improve students' communicative English skills.
- Engaging students in interactive and communicative activities to practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English.
- Monitoring students' progress, tracking performance, and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.

- Collaborating with other instructors and staff to support students' overall language development and academic success.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of the English language, with strong speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Familiarity with communicative language teaching methodologies and instructional technology tools is a plus
