**Role Overview**:
The university is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Beauty and Wellness to support curriculum development, content creation, and assessment design in areas such as cosmetology, skincare, hair care, spa and wellness therapies, and beauty industry management. The SME will work closely with academic and industry professionals to integrate modern techniques and best practices into the curriculum.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update the curriculum for cosmetology, skincare, and wellness programs aligned with academic and industry standards.
- Create high-quality study materials, practical training modules, and online learning content.
- Design assessments and skill-based evaluation criteria for beauty and wellness courses.
- Collaborate with salons, wellness centers, and cosmetic brands for industry partnerships and hands-on training opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with national and international cosmetology and wellness certification standards.
- Integrate modern beauty techniques, skincare science, and emerging wellness trends into academic programs.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- PG Degree/PG Diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Science, or a related field.
- Desirable: Experience in academia, salon/spa management, wellness industry, or cosmetic formulation.
- Expertise in skincare treatments, aesthetic therapies, and professional beauty training.
- Expertise in content development, validation, assessment design, and curriculum planning along with Strong knowledge of higher and skill educational best practices.
- Strong knowledge of product formulations, dermatological techniques, and beauty industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and instructional skills to engage with students and professionals.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
