Job Summary:
The Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty advice, recommends products and services, and ensures customers have a pleasant shopping experience. This role requires a passion for beauty and skincare, excellent customer service skills, and in-depth product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.

Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and preferences.

Provide expert advice on beauty, skincare, and makeup products.

Product Recommendations:
Recommend products based on customer needs, skin type, and preferences.

Stay updated on new products, trends, and industry advancements.

Sales and Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.

Process transactions efficiently and accurately.

Merchandising and Inventory:
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area.

Replenish stock as needed and assist in inventory management.

Report low stock levels or customer feedback on products to management.

Customer Service and Follow-Up:
Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly.

Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Maintain customer records for personalized service and follow-ups.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics sales (preferred).

Strong knowledge of beauty and skincare products and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Certification in cosmetology or makeup artistry (optional but advantageous).

Work Environment:
Retail store or boutique setting.

Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
