Job Title: Beauty Adviser

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Assistance:

- Greet customers, assess their beauty needs, and recommend products.
- Provide personalized advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty regimens based on clients' skin types, preferences, and lifestyle.

2. Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty products, trends, and techniques.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and ingredients.
- Offer demonstrations and trials to help customers understand product usage and benefits.

3. Sales and Inventory:

- Meet or exceed sales goals by cross-selling and up-selling products.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of purchases and returns.

4. Customer Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business.
- Keep a record of customer preferences to make personalized recommendations during future visits.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with team members to support a positive, friendly, and productive environment.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to expand product knowledge and improve sales skills.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (cosmetology certification is a plus).
- Passion for beauty and skincare products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
