**Role**

**Looking for a Finance Business Partner From CA Background for a reputed start up company in Bangalore.**
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Analyze financial data - and create financial models for decision support
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
- Build and track AOP for Offline Business. Prepare monthly outlook and track actual daily performance with the plan.
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
- Competetion benchmarking, 5 year business plans,Competitive Analysis - Identify levers for cost savings.
- Monthly reporting of Pnl, budget vs actuals, business wise Pnl reporting
- Monthly cash flows, service cost build up MIS

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferred Qualifications: CA
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in similar positions
- Well versed in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results
- Analytical bias, Functional and cross functional collaboration
- Demonstrate strong Communication and Presentation Skills, analysis on cash flow, financial analytics, reporting, financial risk management
- Proficient in Office Tools MS Excel, Power Point Skills
- Solution oriented mind and attitude
- Ability to work under pressure, Ability to meet deadlines

**Education**:
CA Qualified (Must have qualification)

**Salary**:
Upto 14 LPA

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
