The purpose of this role is to provide financial advice and guidance to the Finance Services leaders in relation to the overall costs of Finance Services, and ongoing charging.

The Finance Business Partner will work closely with the Global Transformation Director, as well as other members of the programme team, locally and regionally.

**Job Description**:
This role will principally provide the financial analysis and support of overall Finance Services including the following:

- Maintain overall Finance Transformation Business case & associated reporting, ensuring transitions are appropriately reflected and updated aligned to transition methodology
- Development and maintenance of Regional Centre business cases & other adhoc initiatives
- Maintain Bangalore overall finance budgeting, including reforecasting, consolidation, review and presentation to senior management
- Preparation & maintenance of recharge model including rate card preparation
- Work with Global Governance manager to consolidate overall Genpact costings and review on ongoing basis
- Reviews and provides advice on strategic financial plans in partnership with business leaders
- Partners to provide insight and challenge through financial analysis to enable business partners to make key decisions and achieve targets
- Analyses consolidated budgets and forecasts, and provides interpretation, insight and guidance
- Identifies and drives operational improvement through analysis of financial plans, management information and performance
- Works with business leaders to understand short, medium and long-term resource requirements and impact on forecasts and budgets
- Supports the implementation of best practice financial planning techniques in line with business needs and supports initiatives to improve the quality and consistency of business and finance data
- Other Adhoc activities as necessary

Professional Skills
- Relevant Accounting qualification with 5+ years PQE
- High degree of financial modelling (Advanced Excel) experience in similar programmes
- Ability to interpret complex financial models built by others
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure absence of errors
- Ability to articulate complex financial matters simply, identifying the significant drivers/areas of focus
- Relevant track record operating within large, complex global organisations
