**Your Job**
Be part of a KBSI Finance Business Partnering team that manages the FP&A activities for KBS India. Be a preferred partner for KBSI Capability Leaders by assisting them with the financial analysis and economic thinking in a dynamic environment focused on value creation and aid them in their Decision-Making Framework.

**Our Team**

KBSI Finance Business Partnering team that caters to various KBS India Capability leaders like IT, FS, D&A, HR etc. with the financial analysis, Revenue Management and economic thinking that assist them in taking better decisions in a dynamic environment focused on value creation.

**What You Will Do**
- Ensure to do a Monthly Cadence to walk the capability leaders through the Financials (P&L A/c Analysis) for each of the Cost centers they own.
- Share the Financials with explanation of variances for Revenue/Expenses with CC Owners.
- Participate Biannually and annually on Repricing activity for all KBSI Cost Centers.
- Participate in Bench Marking and Bet Tracking to promote synergies and transformation that add value.
- Monthly billing with the agreed Head Counts and Repriced rates. Make sure to clear all the billing queries to aid with Payment's processing.
- Enhance controls throughout the process
- Build strong relationships with Capability Leaders and Global Finance Partners.
- Reporting tools like BI Cube and PowerBi: Ensure proper understanding of the various financial details available in BI Cube to present Capability Leaders to ensure systems are utilized appropriately.
- Developing Visual Dashboards and connecting them live to databases for enhanced experience of CC Owners.
- Adhere to the businesses' needs and frameworks and provide the data accordingly.
- Manage and properly store all documentation related to FP&A activities (e.g., financial reports, Repricing calculations, Pricing details, etc.) and adherence to RIM - records and information management policies.
- Respond to information requests in support of other Koch capabilities (e.g., accounting, tax, finance, legal, audit)
- Leverage the usage of available technology: Reporting system like BI Cube and PowerBi tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness on the Financial Data presentation.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required.
- CA/CMA/CIMA/CPA qualified are an added advantage.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
