At Novozymes, Business Finance is responsible for financial planning and analysis as well as partnering towards various business areas to help drive performance, value creation and profitability in close collaboration with the global Division Leadership Teams.**Business Finance Manager with CFO mindset driving financial performance and value creation**
As part of Business Finance, you will help empower people, enable decision making and create the agility that will strengthen Novozymes’ competitive edge. You will take part in setting and driving the financial agenda for the divisional and regional performance. Furthermore, you will be part of the relevant leadership team(s) to ensure that financial input for the strategic agenda and execution is brought to the table.**In this role you’ll make an impact by**:

- Act as Business Partner and trusted financial advisor to the VP of Sales in one of the fastest growing regions in Novozymes and support the regional presidency
- Own and drive financial planning processes (budgets and forecasts) on sales, profitability and resource allocation for the VP area
- Drive Performance Management for the division and business reviews with focus on telling the story of the performance of the business area, identifying dilemmas, facilitating decisions, and ensuring follow-up on actions
- Business controlling, mainly on a strategic and tactical level for the area you support
- Facilitating sales opportunity discussions, analysis of new revenue streams (e.g. R&D pipeline) and facilitation of the optimal allocation of resources and investments
- Actively contributing to strategy development and ad hoc finance
- and business projects in the region and/or globally

**To succeed as Business Finance Manager you possess the following**:

- At least 8-10 years of experience in a FP&A function or similar (e.g. Business Finance Partner / Business Controller role in a leading company) with a proficient financial toolbox. With the right mindset you could also be Financial Controller with the desire to join the field of finance business partnering
- A masters’ degree (or similar) in business administration, finance or economics with good academic track record or a Management accounting qualification or CA / ICWA qualifications
- Experience working with CXO level executives or senior leaders,, preferably in a global setup with exceptional ability to manage complex stakeholders

You have a commercial understanding and a passion for driving business performance where you act as trusted advisor and challenge business in a positive and pragmatic way. This is supported by a personality with a structured and analytical problem-solving approach. You thrive working closely with people and therefore you are proactive, outgoing and a team player with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
