We're looking for a friendly and energetic person to handle customer inquiries and provide info about our educational programs and workshops. If you thrive on delivering excellent service and have a passion for space, this role is calling your name
**Job Office Location**: Office no.201, Navale Icon, 2nd floor, Near Navale Bridge, Pune-411041.
**Work Timings**: 10 AM - 7 PM
**What You’ll Do**:
- Assist with inquiries about our programs and workshops.
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Log interactions and update information in the CRM system.
- Provide accurate information on company products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to tackle complex issues and share feedback
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in customer support or telecalling.
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are a bonus).
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and a great team player.
- A passion for space and education is a huge plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
