**Job Title and Designation: Executive Instrumentation, Projects and Engineering**

**Educational Qualifications & total years of Experience - BE Instrumentation, 5-6 Years**

**Languages required: English, Hindi.**

**Job purpose**:The primary purpose of this role is to achieve smooth, seamless functioning & to ensure maximum availability of all instrumentation installations/equipment in the area adhering to safe & quality maintenance practices/repairs at minimum cost and quick response to minimize plant downtime at optimum cost for a smooth operation of breweries.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To take regular, periodic audit and breweries rounds in all control rooms and breweries section under him to check/ensure healthy operating conditions, notice abnormalities and critical problems.
- Plan and assign jobs to breweries Engineers, workmen
- Electricians and follow up with minimum response time.
- Interact with various departments, cross function team and with other stakeholders vendors etc.Like
- Process/Mech./Elect/Stores/Purchase/Safety to execute instrument projects and maintenance jobs effectively with respect to quality, safety, cost and time of completion.
- Spare Management for minimizing the break down.
- Assist in failure analysis and implement recommendations to avoid repetitive failures or persient problems in process instruments and systems.
- Identify training needs for technicians to cater to their development.
- Prepare annual budget proposals for spares, manpower requirements, any new modification proposal and get it approved from lead.

**Technical /Functional Expertise & Essential**:

- Skills in fault diagnosis and rectification of routine instrument problems in plant, must have knowledge and hands on experience of bottling/Packaging equipment ( Filler, Labeler, Case Packer, Washer, Pasteurizer, EBI, FBI etc, equipment OEM’s - KHS, Krones, Lehui, Heuft etc.)
- Skills to plan instrument jobs systematically with proper job prioritization and job coordination.
- Hands on experience of automation and instrumentation system, especially PM module( PLC - Siemens/AB etc., HMI - Siemens/AB etc., SCADA - Siemens/AB etc., OS, PLC software: RSLogix 5000, SIMATIC STEP7 etc., Network, Automation, Digitisation, AI, AO, DI, DO, Proibus, Profinet, Ethernet, LAN, Wi-Fi, VFD’s( Danfoss, ABB, Schneider, Siemens, Servo drive, Encoder, ASI, Communication, RTD, PT, LT, Magnetic flow meter, TT, E & H or Forbes marshall make, Load Cell, Flow meters, PID controller, I/P valves, Proximities, Control wiring, basics of electrical power system, control voltage, Signal Interference, earthing, UPS etc.
- Erection & commissioning of new modifications from inst. Side Also Achieving on-stream factor of with respect to Quality, Quantity & availability of Instrumentation systems.
