**Customer Service Executive (Tele-Caller)**

Location: Mumbai (Andheri and Thane) & Bangalore (HSR and HRBR) Work from Office Experience Level: 1-6 Years
Industry: Interior Design / Real Estate
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday/Tuesday week off)
Qualification: Graduation

**Who We're Looking For**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Service Executive (Tele-Caller) who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meaningful conversations, and is passionate about helping people find their dream homes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with channel partners in the real estate ecosystem to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct cold calling to identify and convert potential leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain high tele-calling quality standards by regularly reviewing and optimizing call scripts and interactions.
- Stay updated on market trends in the interior design and real estate industries.
- Meet and exceed performance targets related to call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Deliver outstanding customer interactions with a consultative approach.
