We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team at Artsnmor. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' ideas to life through captivating animations and visual effects. Your creative vision and technical expertise will contribute to the success of our clients' marketing campaigns and branding initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and create compelling motion graphics and animations for a variety of projects, including social media content, promotional videos, advertisements, and more.
- Collaborate with the creative team and clients to understand project goals and design briefs, ensuring animations align with brand messaging and objectives.
- Transform static concepts into dynamic visuals, enhancing storytelling and engagement through motion.
- Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools to design and edit motion graphics.
- Incorporate sound design and visual effects to enhance the overall impact of animations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide creative input and contribute innovative ideas to brainstorming sessions and collaborative projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, film production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation and motion graphic projects.
- Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and design aesthetics.
- Creative flair and the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging animations.
- Solid understanding of video editing, timing, and sound synchronization for animations.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to work independently, take creative direction, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
