**Job Description**:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join Elevate Global Pvt Ltd. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing and communication materials. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop innovative designs that align with our brand guidelines and objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing and innovative designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, and other promotional materials.
- Develop and present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final designs.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms.
- Use graphic design software and tools to create and edit designs.
- Select colors, fonts, images, and layout styles to enhance the visual impact of the designs.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure that the design elements complement the messaging and goals of the materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized files and records of design assets.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present design ideas to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity.
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
