**Overview**
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Canva Social Media Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging content and executing social media campaigns that captivate our audience and drive brand awareness. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**: Develop eye-catching graphics, infographics, and visual content using Canva for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Social Media Management**: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with our brand strategy and campaign goals.
- **Brand Consistency**: Maintain and enhance brand identity by adhering to established style guidelines while innovating new design concepts.
- **Analytics & Optimization**: Monitor social media metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- **Trend Research**: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media strategies, and digital tools to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other creatives to develop integrated campaigns and cross-platform content strategies.

**Qualifications**
- **Expertise in Canva**: Proven experience using Canva for designing social media graphics and marketing materials.
- **Design Skills**: Strong aesthetic sense, with proficiency in layout, typography, and color theory.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Demonstrated understanding of various social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey brand messages and collaborate with team members.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- **Bonus**: Experience with additional graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital marketing analytics.
