
Admin Office Assistant

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily office procedures. As an Office Administrator, you will perform a variety of administrative and Coordinator tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing our company's general administrative activities, coordinating Client functions, and ensuring our office operates efficiently and smoothly.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage office
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain and update company databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Answer queries by vendor and clients
Update office policies as needed
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Book meeting rooms and coordinate meetings
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Assist in HR duties, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
Communicate with public services when necessary
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
