We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily office procedures. As an Office Administrator, you will perform a variety of administrative and HR tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing our company's general administrative activities, coordinating HR functions, and ensuring our office operates efficiently and smoothly.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book meeting rooms and coordinate meetings
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Assist in HR duties, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Communicate with public services when necessary
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,883.55 - ₹15,435.91 per month
