Scope of the Role
- Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients.
- Responsible for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring that customers have a positive experience with the bank and that their needs are met.
- Service RM provides a wide range of financial services to the customers.
- Ability to exchange information cleraly and concisely
- Design and analyse moderately complex reports to satisfy management requirements
- Provide basic assistance within a specific section of the company's customer service function
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.
- Have a good understanding of banking products and services, and be able to provide excellent customer service.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
