Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative/Service RM located in Bengaluru South. The Customer Service Representative/Service RM will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. This role includes the management of customer accounts and maintaining strong relationships with clients.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Graduate or above (Commerce/Economics/Finance
  • 3 year or above Experience skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English/Kannada/Malayalam)
  • Mutual Fund Back office software experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Report making software like Canva.
