The AARAM Project is a unique home tutoring initiative designed to make learning joyful, engaging, and student-centered. Through creative and interactive methods, home tutors are trained to make study time playful, stress-free, and meaningful for students in their own homes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Post-Graduation** in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or any relevant field (mandatory).
- Excellent fluency in **English** - both spoken and written.
- Strong self-confidence and the ability to **motivate and guide others**.
- Experience in training, teaching, or educational facilitation (especially in non-traditional or activity-based settings).
- Ability to handle different learner personalities and training styles.
- Skilled in using playful and child-friendly teaching strategies for home-based learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train home tutors on how to make learning fun, playful, and effective for students.
- Design and deliver interactive training modules that focus on joyful, activity-based home teaching methods.
- Mentor tutors on managing students one-on-one in home environments using creative tools and techniques.
- Build tutors’ confidence in using storytelling, games, real-life examples, and visual aids to simplify concepts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tutors and provide regular feedback.
- Encourage a mindset of responsibility, punctuality, and motivation among tutors.
- Create session plans, maintain training records, and submit reports as required.
- Travel locally for in-person training and field monitoring (if applicable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
