**About Us**:
We are hiring for our sister company **Placement Adda** is an IT training institute focused on shaping the next generation of IT professionals. We offer specialized courses in software development, data science, and various IT domains. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counselor to guide students in their educational and career paths.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized counseling to students, helping them choose the right courses based on their career goals and aspirations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for student inquiries, offering guidance and support throughout their academic journey.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure a seamless and high-quality learning experience for students.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student consultations, feedback, and inquiries.
- Manage student attendance, tracking it effectively to ensure compliance with institute policies.
- Handle fee collection, ensuring timely payments and adherence to institutional financial guidelines.
- Support the admissions process by providing detailed information about courses, fees, and schedules.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with students.
- Experience in academic counseling or a similar role within an educational institution.
- Knowledge of IT-related courses and career opportunities is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with trainers and other team members to enhance the student experience.
- Problem-solving abilities to address student concerns and provide solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred background in education or counseling).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
