**Job Summary**:
We seek a data-driven and detail-oriented **PPC Executive** to manage our pay-per-click campaigns across various digital platforms. As a key digital marketing team member, you will be responsible for driving traffic, optimizing conversions, and maximizing ROI through strategic paid advertising initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and campaign settings to maximize performance
- Monitor daily performance metrics and implement A/B testing to improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates
- Analyze trends, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal spend and ROI
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and competitor activity

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads certification is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, or similar
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, tag implementation, and remarketing strategies
- Knowledge of A/B testing and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Excellent communication and time-management skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, or other BI tools
