**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report to senior management.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review team performance and set goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales objectives with company goals.
- Mentor and coach sales team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
