Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Onboarding and Relationship

Management team. The team is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for

instructors and ensuring seamless relationship management throughout their engagement. This role

requires excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills to support both

instructors and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Responsibilities

1. Instructor Sourcing and Screening:

- Identify and recruit qualified instructors from various platforms and professional

networks.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to validate expertise and

suitability.

2. Documentation and Profile Creation:

- Ensure instructors provide complete and accurate documentation (e.g.,

certifications, experience).
- Build comprehensive instructor profiles for sharing with the sales team and for

internal databases.

3. System Management:

- Input and maintain instructor data in the ICMS (Instructor and Course Management

System).
- Monitor and resolve onboarding-related issues, including system bugs like auto
- approvals.

4. Training and Orientation:

- Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce instructors to company processes,

policies, and platforms.
- Provide training on using internal systems and maintaining communication

protocols.

Relationship Management Responsibilities

1. Instructor Engagement:

- Act as the primary point of contact for instructors, addressing queries and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure instructor satisfaction and

retention.

2. Session Coordination and Support:

- Allocate sessions based on instructor availability and skill set while preventing over
- assignment.
- Monitor session feedback to ensure quality and address any issues proactively.

3. Feedback and Development:

- Collect and analyze instructor feedback for continuous improvement in services.
- Facilitate skill development initiatives and ensure instructors are aligned with

organizational standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in HR, relationship management, or relevant fields are a plus.

2. Experience:

- 1-3 years in onboarding, relationship management, or instructor coordination roles.
- Experience in the education or training industry is preferred.

3. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in using CRM tools, instructor management platforms, and Microsoft

Office Suite.
- Familiarity with systems like ICMS or similar platforms is an advantage.

4. Interpersonal and Organizational Skills:

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹9,202.48 - ₹30,364.52 per month
