**Responsibilities**:

- Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, and tax returns
- Work closely with higher management for **Debt restructuring, and raising funds**:

- Analyzing business performance and providing financial insights & advice
- Development of short-term and long-term strategies for managing liquidity and monitoring cash flow
- Maintaining the finance and accounting practices in accordance with group policies, Regional policies, Regional SOPs, and regulatory and generally accepted accounting principles
- Establish and implement internal controls, finance policies and procedures,
- Ensuring all taxes and legal duties are adhered
- Managing the internal and external audit
- Liaison with banks, management, vendors, investors, and other stakeholders and maintain investor relation
- Should be able to support company agenda of Going-Public

**Job Requirements**:

- Education - CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
- 12-15 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position
- Should have experience in Debt Restructuring, Fundraising
- Having experience in IPO listing will be a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
