We’re looking for a sharp, strategic FP&A Professional to lead planning, performance, and profitability across 8 business verticals at Imarticus Learning. This role partners directly with the CFO and CXO team to drive financial discipline, cost efficiency, and long-term value creation.What You’ll LeadEnd-to-end Budgeting, Forecasting & Long-Range PlanningMonthly MIS, variance analysis & business performance reviewsCost efficiency programs across marketing, subvention, tools, and overheadsCorporate finance initiatives – cash flow, capital allocation, working capitalFinancial modelling, scenario planning & KPI dashboardsCollaboration with business heads to drive revenue, margin & ROIBuilding a high-performing FP&A team and strengthening planning systemsSupporting the organisation with IPO & FundraisesWhat We’re Looking ForCA with 4–6 years in FP&A / Business FinanceStrong modelling, Excel/Power Query; Power BI/SQL is a plusTrack record of driving profitability, efficiency & strategic impactStrong communication, executive presence & stakeholder managementPrior experience in Startups is huge plus.If you’re a finance leader who thrives in high-growth environments and wants to shape the financial future of a multi-vertical edtech, this role is built for you.
