Network Pre-sales Solution Architect

This role will involve the RFP/RFI process as well as bespoke solutions in collaboration with Product teams/vendors, ensuring accurate verification, technical design vetting and overall cost and quality for the correct design and implementation.
- Coordination and oversight of OEMs & Providers for solution components. Work with them to create and freeze the Bill of material.
- Assess and understand the client’s business requirements, translating and recording these into formal network solution requirements.
- Responsible for the development of a convincing solution strategy regarding current, intermediate, and future mode of operations including migration approach
- Design and develop an end-to-end network solution design to meet the agreed network solution requirements while taking into consideration the commercial parameters and competition.
- Participate in due diligence meetings with customer to gather more information on proposal/information request and environment.
- Successfully defend proposed techno-commercial solutions as part of the pre-sales process.
- Proposal documents including proposals, pricing sheet, solution presentations against RFP’s/RFI’s
- Understanding new data technologies/products and position them in relevant solution proposal.
- Keep himself/herself up to date with latest products features, licensing, architecture, and price.
- Defend end-to-end data solutions to customer/internal stakeholders.
- Working closely alongside other technology owners for optimal solution design in-line with the overall proposed solution.
- Work with OEM / Partners to ensure an appropriate solution is proposed during Presales Cycle
- Ensures that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational
- Create detailed technical documentation, including design documents (LLD, HLD), deployment guides, and operational manuals.
- Plan and execute in depth technical activity, influencing the direction of activities/plans and providing technical insight and guidance to others.
- Lead the design and architecture of network solutions across all technologies (Network, DataCenter, Security, Cloud & IOT)
- Develop comprehensive deployment plans, including network topology, routing strategies, and security measures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of network solutions
- Configure and optimize network appliances and orchestrators.
- Perform pre-migration testing, validation, and post-migration support
- Investigate and help resolve issues on customer’s network and IT estates using agreed troubleshooting methodologies
- Manage support cases to enable fast resolution that exceeds our customers’ expectations
- Handon experience on Routing and switching, DataCenter networking, Perimeter security & Virtualization)
- Networking: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, and VPN technologies.
- Cloud Networking: Experience with AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Networks, and GCP networking.
- Security: Knowledge of firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet), IDS/IPS, and Zero Trust security models.
- SDN, SD-WAN & ACI: Experience with software-defined networking and network automation tools.
- Implement and enforce network security best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, NAC, and Zero Trust architecture.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
