Key Responsibilities:

- **Teaching & Instruction**:

- Deliver engaging and informative lectures on current affairs, covering topics such as national and international news, politics, economics, sports, science, and technology.
- Develop and provide comprehensive study materials, including notes, presentations, and practice questions.
- Employ diverse teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and ensure effective comprehension of current events.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and continually update the current affairs curriculum to align with the latest CLAD and IPMAT exam patterns and requirements.
- Ensure the curriculum is broad and up-to-date, covering significant events and trends relevant to the exams.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide individual and group mentoring to assist students with their preparation and address any academic challenges.
- Organize and conduct extra classes, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions as required.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and academic counseling.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and grade assessments, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate student understanding and readiness.
- Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in current affairs and changes in the CLAD and IPMAT exams.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, International Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in education or test preparation (e.g., B.Ed., coaching certifications) are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in teaching current affairs for competitive exams such as CLAD, IPMAT, UPSC, SSC, etc.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Extensive knowledge of current affairs, general knowledge, and contemporary events.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and make them accessible to students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
