Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials that cover the legal reasoning sections of CLAT and IPMAT exams.
- **Classroom Instruction**: Deliver engaging and interactive lectures to students, ensuring that complex legal concepts are explained clearly and effectively.
- **Student Assessment**: Create, administer, and grade assignments, tests, and practice exams to evaluate student progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- **Individual Support**: Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and helping them overcome challenges.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of changes in the CLAT and IPMAT exam patterns and update teaching materials accordingly.
- **Workshops and Seminars**: Conduct workshops and seminars to help students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills necessary for legal reasoning.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other faculty members and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience and contribute to the overall success of the institution.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in legal studies, preferably in a coaching institute or educational institution preparing students for competitive exams.
- **Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of the legal reasoning sections of CLAT and IPMAT exams, including current trends and typical question formats.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to create a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Proficiency in using technology and digital platforms for teaching.
