**Qualifications & Skills Required Educational Qualification**
- **Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) - Mandatory**:

- **Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) - Preferred** (especially for corporate and regulatory roles)
- **Diploma/Certification in Legal Drafting - Beneficial**

**Technical & Professional Skills**
- Strong **legal research & writing skills**:

- Contract drafting & vetting (**NDAs, MoUs, Service Agreements, etc.**)
- Understanding of **corporate, civil, and commercial laws**:

- Proficiency in **legal terminology & documentation**:

- Knowledge of **compliance, regulatory frameworks & government policies**

**Soft Skills**
- **Attention to detail & accuracy**:

- **Strong analytical & logical reasoning**:

- **Confidentiality & ethical professionalism**
