Key Responsibilities:

- Fabric Sourcing & Selection: Identify and source fabrics like cotton, silk, Chanderi, georgette, brocade, etc., ensuring quality and suitability for design requirements.
- Vendor Coordination & Follow-Ups: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers; ensure timely delivery and smooth workflow.
- Production Tracking: Oversee the process from sampling to bulk production; ensure deadlines are met.
- Costing & Budgeting: Prepare and manage costing sheets, budgets, and purchase orders (POs).
- Embroidery, Dyeing & Printing: Have basic knowledge of embroidery techniques, fabric dyeing, and printing processes to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with the design and production teams to translate concepts into final products.
- Quality Control: Support quality checks at various stages to ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Dispatch Management: Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Production Follow-Ups: Maintain basic production tracking systems to ensure deadlines and quality benchmarks are achieved.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Design, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion/apparel industry.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic production tracking tools.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Location: Lucknow
