**Responsibilities**:

- **Loan Repayment Collection**: Ensure timely collection of loan repayments from customers.
- **Handling DPD Buckets**: Manage collections for various stages of delinquency (Days Past Due) to minimize overdue amounts.
- **Customer Interaction**: Maintain regular contact with customers to remind them of payment due dates, follow up on late payments, and address any payment-related issues.
- **Documentation**: Keep accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements during collection activities.
- **Field Visits**: Conduct field visits to customers' locations as required to facilitate collections.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Address and resolve any disputes or concerns raised by customers regarding their loans.
- **Documentation/Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, outstanding balances, and recovery progress to management.

**Qualification & Experience**:
**Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.

**Experience**: Previous experience in collections, especially handling DPD buckets, NPAs, and written-off portfolios, is highly preferred.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of local languages (Tamil) is essential.
