**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- **Phone Handling**: Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff as needed.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Client Relations**: Address inquiries and provide information about our services and offerings.
- **Mail Management**: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- **Visitor Coordination**: Ensure visitors sign in and comply with security protocols.
- **Multitasking**: Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- **FEMALE ONLY**
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.**(FRESHERS can also apply)**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
