- Ensure all required documentation is received from new students enrolling in the College.
- Entering accurate student details into the database (wisenet) and generating letters of offers when required in a timely manner.
- Updating Admission report on Ticketing System daily and providing reports to the Senior Management when requested
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of student visa requirements.
- Ensuring that all offshore students meet country specific GTE requirements, which includes verifying their academic and financial documents.
- Assessing documents for approval of CoEs.
- Issuing electronic Confirmation of Enrolment certificates (CoEs) and sending them to respective agents, Marketing Executives, and students promptly and efficiently.
- Communicating with agents, Marketing Executives, and students in relation to CoEs, offers and deferrals.
- Providing timely and accurate CoE reports to Management for planning and policy development purposes
- Monitoring visa refusal data for OC via PRISMS on a daily basis and recording the refusals and providing report to the Senior Management when required.
- Creation of accepted student files via Wise net
- Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of college programs.
- General marketing assistance as required.
- Follow up required documentation that is linked to the admissions process

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
