We are looking for an energetic and experienced Telecaller with a good understanding of the Bangalore real estate market and fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada. The role involves calling potential leads, explaining property offerings, coordinating site visits, and converting leads into appointments for the sales team.
**1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up**
- Call potential clients who have shown interest via website, ads, or referrals.
- Explain company services like home/office interiors, renovation, and turnkey solutions.
- Make out bound calls and identify prospects
- Maintain daily call logs and update the CRM system with client responses.

**2. Customer Interaction**
- Engage politely and professionally with clients to understand their needs.
- Answer initial queries related to interior design services, pricing, and timelines.
- Educate clients about free consultations, design portfolio, and site visits.

**3. Appointment Scheduling**
- Coordinate and fix appointments for design consultation or site visits.
- Ensure proper follow-up for rescheduling or missed appointments.

**4. Coordination with Sales/Design Team**
- Pass qualified leads to the sales/design team for further follow-up.
- Track status of leads and support in the conversion process.

**5. CRM & Database Management**
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer details and interaction history.
- Classify leads as hot, warm, or cold based on interest level.

**6. Feedback Collection**
- Collect feedback post-interaction or project handover, when required.
- Help improve client satisfaction and understand areas of improvement.

**7. Reporting**
- Submit daily/weekly reports on number of calls made, leads generated, and follow-ups.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal communication in Kannada, English, and/or Hindi.
- Strong listening skills and patience.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools).
- Pleasant and persuasive tone.

Pay: ₹10,841.76 - ₹15,000.00 per month
